I’m working on a new and final version of REASSUME, which is sort of a photoblog or photo gallery of my various excursions. The site is administered by Pixelpost, and presented in a Flash through tricky XML conversions, and can default back to the HTML Pixelpost template.

Anyway, i’ve been looking around and wondering if I should incorporate a back button to my projects. I figure, I learn once, I learn it forever. Well, until Macromedia ahem. Adobe comes up with some clever solution later on.

Some articles i’ve found are:

Macromedia Developer: Pet Market
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/blueprint/articles/back_button.html

History Keeper
http://www.unfocus.com/Projects/HistoryKeeper/
(Very confusing)
Deep Linking: Justin D Smith

(Very confusing)

Deep Linking by Justin D Smith didn’t work so well for me. Well, it did work, but the round and round loop of passing things around is just a bit confusing.
History Keeper seems just as confusing. I still have to attempt the Pet Store. So, i’ll let you know how that goes…
